H20 Dreams is helping bring back multi-sport racing with the “Self Shuttle”!

A 5-mile paddle followed by a 5-mile run is a physically challenging and multi-disciplinary race that tests the limits of participants’ strength, endurance, and perseverance. This race is designed for athletes who are looking for a new and unique challenge, combining the excitement and thrill of whitewater paddling with the endurance required for a 5 mile run.

Starting from the riverbank, participants will paddle a 5-mile stretch of river, navigating their way through the class 1-2 rapids using kayaks, canoes, or stand-up paddleboards. After completing the paddle, participants will then jump out of their watercraft and begin the 5-mile run, which takes them up Green River Cove Road until the are back at The Green River Ranch. This run requires participants to use their stamina, speed, and agility to reach the finish line as quickly as possible.

Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a seasoned runner, or just looking to test your limits, this race is sure to provide a unique and exciting challenge that will push you to your limits and beyond. So, if you’re ready to take on a new challenge and prove your endurance and perseverance, sign up for the Self Shuttle today!
